- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service is very poor. Only had 2 bank reps working. Which wouldn't be terrible. But I sat in the chairs waiting to speak with one, and the two walked past me on a few occasions. So they know I'm there. And with the multiple walks to the printer, they know I've been waiting for a bit. But never did one acknowledge me, or say thank you for your patience we will be right with you. My wait as of the moment I write this is 30 mins. And not a word yet. Smh. UPDATE 40 mins. Left.
